This invitation is not being offered on behalf of one alliance alone. It is a server-wide decision, and the selected player must be a strong fit for Server 576 as a whole.

YOUR ROLE ON SERVER 576
The Elite invitation is a server-wide decision, but you still choose which alliance you join. You will have conversations with the leadership teams of the alliances you are considering so both sides can decide whether the fit is right.
If you have not spoken with an alliance yet, you may still list the one you are interested in or select that you are open to any alliance. Leadership can help make introductions, but you will not simply be placed somewhere without that conversation and your agreement.
Whichever alliance you choose, the expectation is the same: bring a broader mentality of benefiting Server 576 and collaborate across alliances during SvS, Capital battles, seasonal events, and other server-wide activities.
